As first-time homebuyers (also newly married and expecting our first child), what could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier by working with April. Before April, we found ourselves worried that we were never going to find the right home for us in time to welcome our baby, but after our first meeting with April, she gave us the advice and confidence that we needed in order to buy our first home! Not only did... she take the time to meet us for coffee and explain the whole process (including drawing me a picture to explain how escrow accounts work!), but she checked in with us very frequently throughout the whole process.

From jump, she had a plan on how to stage my townhouse for a fast sell. And fast it was, like lightning. We listed on a Thursday and by the following Thursday we were under contract! Not only that, there were 4 offers; Each more than the last! It ultimately drove the price up $13,500!

Being new to the area we had many questions and were looking for somebody who would understand what we were interested in and who we could really trust. April was great at everything, ever step of the way. She helped us understand and explore the areas around Portland, found great properties for us to look at, was extremely knowledgeable, cleared an...y bumps that came up super fast, and she has a great communication style. It truly felt like we were working with a professional who knew what she was doing and that we were in great hands through the entire process. One of the selling agents even said they hoped our offer got accepted so they could work with April! I never had to worry if something was being done, she even cleared roadblocks I consider passing on. April thank you again for everything you did to make our home purchase happen!
